These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services and products provided by Animus Corporation Limited, including our website, wholesale platforms, communications and any associated transactions or interactions. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not access or use our services.

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Animus Corporation Limited.
• "Client," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or legal entity purchasing products or services from us.
• "Website" refers to animuscorporation.co.uk and any related subdomains or applications.
• "Products" refer to electronic and telecommunications equipment supplied by the Company.
• "Services" refer to wholesale distribution, support, logistics and other business operations offered by the Company.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the purchasing entity and accept these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and acknowledge that your use of our Products and Services is subject to such compliance.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to act on behalf of a company or legal entity
• Provide accurate and complete business information during registration or order placement

• All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Orders are only deemed accepted upon receipt of full or partial payment and a written order confirmation issued by us.
• Product availability, pricing and lead times are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be exclusive of VAT, duties or shipping.
• Payment terms are subject to prior agreement. Standard terms require full payment before dispatch
• We accept payments via bank transfer, card or other agreed-upon methods.
• late payments may incur interest at 3% per month above the base rate of the Bank of England.

• We operate under various VAT schemes, including Marginal VAT, Standard VAT and Zero VAT, depending on the nature of the transaction and product type.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they understand the VAT implications of each purchase and maintain valid VAT registration if applicable.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours from payment confirmation unless otherwise communicated.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier or customs issues.
• Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. Shipping insurance is optional and available upon request.
• Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Returns are accepted on DOA (Dead on Arrival) products or agreed return conditions only
• All returns must be authorized in writing and shipped back within 7 business days of approval.
• Refunds or credits will be issued after inspection of returned products and confirmation of fault.
• No returns are accepted on products that are damaged, tampered with or altered post-sale.

1. We supply New, Refurbished and Second-Hand Products. Product condition is clearly stated at the time of quotation.
2. Grading standards (A, B, C, etc.) are provided to help clients assess cosmetic and functional condition.
3. All refurbished devices are tested and verified by our quality control team prior to shipping.

• Animus Corporation Limited provides limited warranties where stated. These may vary based on product type and agreement.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use, resale or delay.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

All trademarks, brand names and content provided by us are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction or modification is strictly prohibited.

Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, and financial information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

You agree to use our products only for lawful business purposes and comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, export control and anti-money laundering regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate any order, agreement or account without notice in cases of non-payment, fraud or breach of terms.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes or cyber incidents.

Any disputes shall be governed by English law. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any change implies acceptance of the revised terms.
